Marigold
Our nod to the devilishly drinkable golden ales of Belgium. A blend of two pilsner malts and a fair amount of simple sugar provide a light body, despite the higher ABV. Michigan-grown Saaz in the kettle and dry-hop add a lemony kick to the restrained phenolic character of the Belgian yeast.
